Ps the 05 council are actually a group of people who are like the mtfs seperate but have the second most authority next to the administrator but thats in the most common believed canon

You know? The Serpent Hand is neutral for the foundation, and the Serpent Hand does not want the deaths of the foundation’s personnel, their goal is to make sure that anomalies and people live in peace and they save only intelligent anomalies and who are ready to make peace with people, so they do not benefit from the destruction of the foundation and the death of personnel, and also the serpent hand can calmly walk around the foundation, well, how calmly, they can just appear within the walls of the foundation out of nowhere and go outside.

Они не появляются из не откуда. Они приходят из аномальной библиотеки, где и засели. Они вообще никому не нравятся особенно ГОК. С ГОК у них ужасные отношения, а вот с Фондом у них нейтральные отношения, но Фонду они не нравятся так как среди них есть человек обладающий scp 268. И который по сути получил аномальные свойства этого scp объекта и по праву можно считать его scp 268-2 если я правильно помню, то 268 это кепка невидимка. Ну то есть шляпа делающая человека по сути невидимым.

@@lost_monolith2306Not invisivle but it makes people forget who you are and makes them not remember who you are. Thats what invisiblity of this scp means.
