ISD's job is to counter breachers, in that regard they are very useful. granted if the rest of the foundation behaved and did not try roleplaying CI as MTF ISD would be virtually useless, however like 002 is breaching gonna stop being a concern. then again during non-breaching times ISD can now relax just watching cams in CR

This is all really good! I would still like something to make AD and O5 meetings come back. I really miss those times when we all got to debate our next actions with the CI. Right now the game is like a free for all arena where everyone does whatever satisfies them without any plan or goal.
