If there are scps left and it isnt just 1 or smth then a d-class escapes it will be a scp win because chaos can work with the scps but for it to be a d-boy win it has to be that almost all the scps and all ntf/scientists are dead.

The win screen depends more on "who is alive" rather than "who did their job". It's just happens that SCP, MTF, and Chaos's job is to be the last survivor and kill the others, so it's far more common for one of those factions to be the last faction standing.
