I feel like the "R Bay" is either going to be something like "Ruth" or "Ruluth" Bay And I do agree that it seems to be near to Llyn-by-the-Sea, I feel like it might be a line that runs out from Llyn along its own route (similar to how routes sprout of Brighton along the coast there)

the line might branch off financuial quarter to kinda revive the stepford loop up to stepford southgate which is next to old harrow , however it can also be between leighton city and lyne but it cant be a single line from lyne by the sea so maby a branch of off northsrore in the direction of lyne by the sea since the class 156 direction is lyne by the sea so lyne train station cant be renames and bad 170 now and good 170 in version 2.0
