I think that one train gets added every update at high speeds (compared to normal (2017-2020)) is because of making the player count of SCR to be up for longer. And also ROBLOX OUTAGES! If there is an outage on a big update release like V1.11 There will be more chaos than a one of 10 updates (v1.10.10-v1.10.20) being an outage day.
