@drummingdanny84 Yes,bit was. Only Wheel of Fortune survived briefly when daytime show moved to CBS in 1989. But returned to NBC in early 1991 while taping at CBS.

Chip Mayer was also Vance Duke on the first nineteen episodes of season 5 of The Dukes of Hazzard as a replacement for Luke Duke when Tom Wopat and John Schneider (Bo Duke) walked off the show in a contract dispute. After Luke and Bo were back, they appeared alongside Vance and Coy, who were soon written out and never seen or referred to again.
