В целях профилактики сосания, на какой-то период им на все руки одевают тканевые рукавицы или заматывают пальцы лейкпластырем, и обрабатывают его едким веществом типа горчицы или вытяжки из кайенского перца. Таким образом, при попытке сосать пальцы, всё внимание твари, мгновенно, и на ближайшие несколько часов, перемещается с пальцев на бушующее в их пасти пламя перцового нектара.😊
