Gotta love a guy handing out boxes of copper and brass. I se you are still gathering plenty of fans - that makes me happy.. Do you guys not scrap fridges? I noticed you don't take them - but I know certain places don't because of the freon. Not a bad day and to top it off you didn't loss your wheel. Happy Hunting.

We are not aloud to take fridges scrap yards wont take them due to the freeon and insulation inside. Shame they litter the streets around here and the compressors get removed releasing the freeon anyway so it kinda sucks really.

@@Vandal-Vlogs there are a number os states here that also do not take them. The whole freon thing complicates things. You would think they would design them with an easy/safe release so that isn't a problem. Not sure why they care about the insulation. There is tons of that in all kinds of stuff. Depends how I feel sometimes I leave them behind sometimes I chuck them in the van. Either way they go as light iron @20p a kilo

In the UK scrapyards won't take fridges because of the gas contained in them. SOME scrapmen will take them, but they usually charge a small fee for doing so :)
