+MrMEOLA the thing with it turning differently to either side is because the steering arm hits the wheel, but in the case of one of them, there is no space for it to move since the wheel is attached to it's same side. How to solve: indirect steering commands. Don't link the steering directly to the glitchy arms, but to other bearings, and make a couple of sensors detect those and THEN send the signal to the steering arms. If this change screws up your response time, I solved it by making the controllers which move the steering arms move them 30 degrees instead of 15. It'll make up for the delay and you'll have symmetric steering.

I find it works way better if you have them all set to +30 instead of +15 and for all the sensors attached to bearings, just use the very first controller setting which is the default stance and set that to +120, that way you don't need a controller at all, as soon as you take the Unicycle off of the lift the sensors automatically face downwards, great tutorial btw!

Works beautifully! If you guys build one yourselves, I recommend adding off-road suspension (which makes it taller, so increase sensor range), and a thruster on the back for extra power ;)

This is probably the ultimate racing vehicle in scrap mechanic. The million dollar question: can it be built in less than 10 minutes? Seems to be the time limit most people use when building a vehicle in multiplayer videos.

How do people build vehicles that can transform while driving? Are there hotkeys you can use to activate switches when driving? I just got this game a couple days ago, I'm used to mine craft, so I apologize if this has been answered, but I can't seem to figure it out.

You can connect switches to your driver seat. So just add a console thingy to your vehicle, connect it to a switch, which should be connected to your seat. To turn switches quicker, press 1,2,3,...

I made one a while ago. it tanks my frames.. But that is also hardware limitations as i do this game on HD4850. Soon upgraded to a much, much much better card^^
