You have such good idea!!!! The way you cut the paper into "a frame' to save paper. Genius to cut shapes out behind the photo mats!! A good tip about how to color wooden shapes. I love the jar of peppers and how you stamped and then layered the peppers. Now I want to can some yummy peppers.

Great idea to use Evernote to keep track of everything. I have so much stuff that I forget what I could use to embellish, and it often gets me stuck in the process. I will definitely check out some ”note” apps and start organizing. Thanks so much for the inspiration and motivation, Erin!

This proves it's great to have options. When you have a stamp collection that reflects your lifestyle you can make beautiful layouts like this. After seeing your video about Evernote I subscribed, and it's made it so much easier to find what I'm looking for. This layout came together so nicely! The colors are so bright and cheerful. I really enjoyed hearing you talk about how you categorized your stamp sets. I have so many stamps that it's overwhelming. I end up spending a lot of my crafting time looking for what stamps I want to use. I have them categorized, but I think I need to expand on my titles. Do you have a list of your categories that you would be willing to share?

Thank you Laura, I am glad you enjoyed it. I am actually in the process of recategorizing my stamp collection as we speak. I do this every 3 or 4 years as my collection changes. @@CraftyConceptswithErin I never thought you wouldn't know what a cubby house is! It's like a kids playhouse - usually made of wood. We put one up when the kids were small and it went right over my veggie patch/garden. Funny thing was my kids never played that much inside it - they used to drag everything out and play on the grass!

Beautiful layout! I wait in anticipation for your layouts! I am from South Africa and love double layouts, but we do one-page layouts for our albums. You are my absolute favourite scrapbooker. I wish I had the wonderful theme stamps that you have. We don't get that in South Africa. Love this layout's colours and embellishments. Your photos are gorgeous.

Love this! I’m getting better at using my stamps and dies to make embellishments. That’s why we bought them, right. On a side note I use the Air Table app to organize my stamps. It’s free to use.

I love your videos. You always have the right stamps and dies for each layout. Should I buy stamps and dies for my family’s likes or does for entertainment. I’ve always used stickers. I like how crisp your layouts look.

Thank you Julie. Stickers are fun to use as well but I do love how you can customize stamps to match your projects. Stamps can be an investment so I purchase themes I know I will use multiple times. For example, my family spends a lot of time in the mountains and I am always documenting hiking, camping, fishing photos etc. I have collected a lot of mountain outdoor adventure themed stamps as a result. If your family snow skis a lot, then snowflakes and winter stamps would be great stamps to collect. I recommend you start your stamp collection by considering what type of photos you have to scrapbook. When it comes to die sets, I love nesting basic shapes such as the Spotlight on Nature circle dies or the Nested Essentials. Those type of shapes can be used nearly on every layout you create.

Thank you! Florals and sentiments tend to be a big category don't they? For my sentiments I have divided them into three categories, birthday, sympathy and everything else. Florals can be tricky, I categorize them by the image I am most likely to use the stamp for. Some of my florals also have titles so I would put them in a title category for example. You can also divide florals by season when applicable.
