OMGosh Stacey...so happy your boys are ok. My car was totaled a couple of years ago and it only had minor damage. BUT, I found out I could buy it back from the insurance company for a small amount of money. So, after the insurance paid me the value of my car, I had only necessary repairs made, and I paid back the insurance for the car, I got to keep my car with a little bit of profit. My car is old, but I bought it brand new and I’ve always taken care of it, so to me this was worth it rather than buying another used car, not knowing the true condition it’s in. My son drove it one day and he couldn’t believe how well it still runs. God bless!!! 💕

Wonderful weather here in NE Ohio. The birds are thankful for me that I didn’t take the time to cover the ripening strawberries so a good handful of them were composted. Now the berries are covered. Next are the black raspberries, birds! After I planted a sweet potato slip in a big planter on our front porch a chipmunk was thankful to me for that too. Lot of soil on the porch and the sweet potato slip is gone! Oh well. At least they can’t mess with the internet so I can watch your videos, or can they? Oh no. The wires are next! Actually this did happen a few times to the landline wires. Great class and always wondered about stamping mirror images so was great to view that. Thanks for taking the time to post.

Hello from Western Australia. Tip : put mirror plate in a stamp platform, stamp onto mirror plate, carefully put paper in position on top of mirror plate, reink stamp and carefully restamp without moving anything. You now have image on both sides of paper and you are able to put die on right side and it automatically cuts out your reverse image

You are correct, Stacey. Cast iron has to be seasoned. Oiled & put in HOT oven for a while. It will turn black.

Use the hole from the die cut to line up the die on the mirror image.flip it and line it up over the stamped image tape in place. Insert die in the hole and voila an aligned cut. The die cut hole works for aligning the die no matter which image you just flip it over to get the mirror image.

Thank you for another wonderful review! You have the best tips. I have not done the reverse stamping for a long time but to use a die with the reverse stamp I remember using a light box to help align the die on the stamped item when cutting it from behind. I will have to try this once again to see if it works.

Stacey, I was taught early on that some of my stamps might need to be trimmed a bit closer to the item being stamped. For example, I notice your balloon stamp left a mark where the ink pad hit the edge. If you trim a bit of the excess away, it will help. Or you might remind them to check your stamp before you stamp to make sure there is not a smudge of ink on the edge that will transfer to their paper.
