JUSTICE FOR ROXIE!! she was a main character in s04, and then they just showed her to the sidelines for some reason? like she had a similar arc in s04 to layla in s02 and where layla got integrated to the group and became a full-fledged member of the winx club roxy (even though she had a mentorship dynamic with bloom) just disappeared?? and the arc of a student becoming an equal was RIGHT THERE. i will be forever mad about this. also, we never got any confirmation that earth fairies' transformations work the same as the magic dimension's ones, and roxy's transformation definitely looks like believix (i'm also pretty sure that in at least one instance roxy's transformation had the believix's song playing background, just ARGHHHHHH

It’s entirely cuz they decided go back track and make the girls teens again rather than adults. So they had to be rid of Roxy to get rid of the evidence of s4’s existence. Crazy retcon. They dropped everything established with s4 except the idea events happened so ppl wouldn’t be “confused”. Even tho they totally were.

People said that her form alone was in fact a "Charmix" and not Believix. Though I do agree, she *originally* was suppose to be a 7th member till the writers basically said "yeah fuck that" and removed her entirely, only having her as a *side character*

Well, when Aisha joined they were all still at the same progression versus when Roxy joined. They were already at Believix and she was still at her first stage she would’ve been playing catch-up.

And I also believe Roxy would’ve thrown off that the dynamic of the girls not only because it would’ve been an uneven number when she would join, but also because she was younger than the girls, which is why she had that mentorship with Bloom it would’ve been just like the little sister running around with them.

I know!!! Seriously, I remember growing up and seeing the designs pop up on Google image search. Plus, in a show that already deals with fantasy elements, why not make them mermaids??? There's a pretty big fantasy appeal there. That's always confused me since I was little.

Two things to say: 1. Winx Club prototype songs: Elissa Rossellia posted a video with prototype songs from season five to seven but the video disappeared (even the Poppixie prototype songs, you should do Poppixie next). Someone in the KZbin comment said that Elissa’s music director (I think) told her to take it down because “it’s not part of the show” and use copyright. 2. Musa’s Tynix prototype: there’s a image of a picture with Musa in her Tynix form but her hair is different. She was going to have pigtails but changed to a hair bun.

I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion, but i don't like the original concept art for Believix, they look like complete downgrade from Enchantix. I am so glad the artists changed the designs and it would later become my favorite Winx transformation.

So true tho ngl 😂 Those scrapped Magic-Winx-looking Believix would've been so appaling as if the Winx had to regress their magic on Earth while being Enchantix fairies. On the other hand, Believix became so iconic nowadays thanks to its design (apart from being the longest transformation post-Magic-Winx to have remained as a marketing tool for the brand).

I do like the concept art for Believix, but it does look more like an alternate Charmix than it does something to rival Enchantix. Probably for the best that they went with what they did, even if I wish the prototypes were at least seen in the comics.

PART 3 PLEASE, you should put mythix prototype since there is a Winx Club Bloom prototype animation leaked by WinxClubRus, and the winx club library game NSFW, also the disney lawsuit with Rainbow, season 8 many lost dubs, season 7 budget cuts, season 5 original plan/plot, Cancelled mattel dolls, 4kids has different scenes than the normal winx version, Harmonix gothic prototype, PLEASE WE NEED PART 3🙏🏻

Elisa Rosselli technically owns the songs and can release them if she wants to since she's an independent artist. But rainbow also have the rights to the music she gave them so they can do whatever they want with it, and they probably didn't appreciate her making a special version for the anniversary without their permission. Since she thought she could do it and the music is hers, but rainbow objected to a song release that won't sell alongside a season or something like that. This is my speculation though. Neither rainbow nor Elisa Rosselli talked about this.

Roxy should of has Bitterflix as she's the fairy tale of animals. Also Harmonix Musa and Tecna should of been released. Hopefully with the reboot coming out on 2024 I hope they use all 6 and maybe they'll add Roxy too but if they make her South Asian or indigenous then we had more rep and she can keep the purple hair as she won't look too simular to Tecna which means more doll sales.

Also her magic winx would be yellow Bloom-White Stella-White Flora- Native(cuz it makes more sense) Aisha-Black Musa-Asian Tecna-White and Asian Roxy-Brittish Indian or Filipino

That's why I thought (didn't remember their real ages) and thought that we first meet Bloom and 14, and the rest of the winx with 15-16 maximum. To then each season being a year, Starting season 4, with Bloom being 17, and the rest 18-19. Normally, most teenagers finish HS. But I was wrong, and Alfea is more of a College than a High. school.

Roxy was 16 in season 4. The others were 19/20/21. The only reason why she never happened to stay in the club was because Nickelodeon rebooted the series leaving her behind in the background. There wasn’t anything to do with her age

I really wished the writers from Winx Club Season 7 would to give Roxy the treatment she deserved as well as give her a Butterflix form of her own in the first place since Roxy play a majour role of saving the fairy animals of the magic dimensions. Seriously in episode 3 Roxy didn't get her own Butterflix power despite helping the Winx and then her memory stone got stolen by Brafilius as she won't be able to time travel with the Winx meaning that Roxy will have to sit on the sideline while the Winx get more involved from the rest of Season 7. If I was the writer for Winx Club Season 7 then I would write a better story back in episode 3 to make sure that Roxy earn her Butterflix along with the Winx, as well as having her bond with her own fairy animal and earn her Typnix too.

I find it so weird that they had an entire marketing plan, doll lines set up but in the end cancelled all of it because the reboot underperformed. Mostly because of Nickelodeons broadcasting schedule. Why didn’t they just air the show at better times to take advantage of the investment? The show itself is just a tool to sell the toys. So they planted the seed but didn’t harvest the fruits?

Even though there's probably business reasons why they're doing this I feel that Butterflix shouldn't have been created because it feels like a downgrade from bloomix season 7 could've still worked using the fairy animal concept but the girls would have episodes focusing on solo missions so we would be able to see each girl use their power to their full protentional and not have to rely so much on that damn convergence magic. It use to feel special but then it started mimicking MLP's elements of harmony. Roxy could've also had character development in the season as well and the writers could've confirmed in the show which transformation she was under. In my opinion Roxy's case is similar to Bloom's in which she has Believix but its incomplete because looking at the wings they're much bigger than the charmix/winx wings and she doesn't have enchantix cause she doesn't have the glitter effect either. Maybe Roxy was originally intended to play a bigger role in the show but they just didn't know what to do with her after season 4 just like Daphne when they gave her a human form they should've kept the Nymph look she had on so that the viewer can identify that she's not a fairy but something else.

I don’t think Roxy was a main member of winx , I think she was just an honorary guest because of season 4 , and honestly that’s better because it is so hard to write 6 main characters and build their individual storylines on top of plot and side characters , the writers were already struggling with 6 main characters cuz tecna, flora and musa were getting sidelined constantly , and in order to keep up they watered down the plots and the lore so it would be easier to write but that’s how winx lost its initial serious tone and depth , turning the show into toddlers glitter festival , adding a 7th member would just destroy the show even further

Unpopular opinion, but I don’t want Roxy to be a main member once she joined at season four when the girls had already gone through four different changes and she was still at her first change so she wouldn’t been able to keep up with them at all should’ve been playing catch up versus when Aisha joined in season two they were all at the same levels they were able to like level up together and yes, I did bloom and mentorship, but I should’ve kept it like Bloom with check on her every now and then to see how she’s doing like that would be cuter
