i feel like they cut it to have an exact 70 fish with a 7 point laff boost, unless they have 9 other versions of it to have another laff boost, 71 just wouldnt make sense just my theory

My hypothosis is that he was either difficult to translate to 3D or the 3D model was too scary or didnt translate the pun well.

I assume because it just looks a little scary? And as other people have said, 71 fish would be a bit difficult to round out.

C monster was either cut because of the big C (Cancer) or hes too scary

my only guess as to why this fish could have been scrapped is perhaps its curvy design would have translated very poorly with the graphics quality of the game not having enough polygons to accurately make it not too blocky

i’m thinking it might have something to do with localizations and how the joke wouldn’t land with other languages. then again the majority of the fish puns in toontown wouldnt land either so

My dirty adult mind imagines they wanted to avoid any inappropriate association with the letter "C." Excessive? Sure. But considering it kind of makes sense, I guess.
