I got myself a cheap $20 battery load tester from Princess Auto. With that and a multimeter I can figure out all my Battery problems. If the disconnection switch was open and the battery was dead then the battery is for sure hooped. I started saving all my 1981 and earlier Canadian nickels. They are solid nickel and worth 8 cents just for the metal. They are going to have to pull it from circulation soon like the penny as electric vehicles usually use a lot of nickel as well.

Good decision to first get rid of dirty aluminum. It helped you spot shred to fill your bin. How much ever shred you stuff in the bin, if you add few pounds more in the end, it gives excitement.

Sounds like your alternator is bad on your truck. Because if the alternator isn't working then the batteries don't get charged up.
