Christine here, your bag will be lovely. Thank you for allowing us to visit you in your craft room. Did you hear me say yes to that lovely ribbon down the centre? Take care and hugs xx

I’m impressed that you can put it together so quickly. It was great looking over your shoulder as you did it ❤ Maybe try one or two of those long narrow fabric strips beside the zipper.

What a great idea - I shall definitely be looking out for zips and the clear vinyl. I particularly like the thought that I can sew in the zip between the two strips of fabric before adding it to the construction of the bag. Many thanks.

I think sewing the zip to the strips will be the easiest way (hopefully) thank you so much for watching Ann :)

Your bag will be so lovely! Not boring at all to watch! I use those same zipper pouches for organizing and they are fab! I haven’t decided yet on what I’ll do for the next prompt, but a rice bag is one of the options on the table. We be watching to see your completed bag! 😊🌷

Janette looking at your layout perhaps you should do your zipper on your vinyl first then you can lay over the top and make sure you can see everything.. I cut two pieces for the top of my pouch and sewed them right sides to the top of the zip and then the raw edge a were covered with the binding.. hope this helps..

Ahhh ok, I'm actually putting the display piece on the rear side so it won't been seen through the 'window' as that will have my project inside. I have an idea for attaching the vinyl similar to what you describe but not quite the same, will be fun to do that bit I'm sure :) enjoy your day and thank you again Celia :)

Janette for your bottom trim cut one and half inches pressing quarter inch on each long side then fold in half and slip over the top of your vinyl and sew with the machine close to the edge and then you can sew in one side of your zip
