Advice for red shirt , 1. Drive more and take the contact - you’ll learn to take the hit and become more aggressive in the paint and lose the fear 2. Shoot the ball regardless if you miss just find your rhythm 3. Confidence is key !! Always be confident don’t matter the height or size of the player
