Scrappy Art Journal Play - Ep 2

Hello friends,
Welcome to Episode 2 of our Scrappy Art Journal Play. Today, we are playing with collage. No wet media at all. This was a huge challenge for me. Typically, when I work with papers I this way, I do deep mixed media work. This was so much fun and relaxing too.

I love that you recognize that the page was too light and started adding some dark in. You're enjoying yourself and kind of winging it but you still are taking time to assess the whole page. Thanks for the tip about tearing away from you I didn't know that! So why was it important to you not to ink?

*slap*, you said you weren't going to do that! 🤣. Maybe next time you do a project like this you could put solid color paper under the pages while you work? Loving this.. that is so funny ... you said you have a hard time finding rub-ons yet I'm seeing them everywhere and wondering... what the heck do you do with these things lol. Now I know 😂 Stamperia makes them for all their paper collections. Beautiful ones.
