Love the essence of your message behind using the ephemera: use what you have because they bring you joy which is what drew you to purchase them in the first place!! I've been trying to use my older sticker stash lately and give them a refresh by mixing them with the newer sticker books. As far as memory planning, I bought the new HP memory journals and will bring in the Big vertical planner pages I bought specifically for memory planning to add to the spreads for weeks that are busy busy like when I go on vacation to document specific days or events. I also bought a few packs of the HP photo sleeves to use as placeholders until I make the time for making spreads. I always had a hard time committing to full on scrapbooking and accumulated supplies over the years that went unused. Memory keeping this way is way less of a commitment to keeping a perfect looking scrapbook and for some reason brings me less anxiety to make it perfect. It's just how my brain works. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I love the picture explosion idea…….I often have so many pieces…..cannot make up my mind which ones not to use and sometimes the project doesn’t get finished…..this for me would work better……thank you for sharing🥰

Awesome layout, Elisa! I love the idea of a photo explosion. Also, I didn't say anything on your vintage/thrifted mini craft room tour, but I'm so glad you didn't use the "theme" music here you did in that video. At least, I think it was that one. That music was more toned down anyway. I don't take unexpected change well, so the softer music was something of a shock to my system. Anyway, I was glad to hear your more upbeat music for this video. I was a music major in college, so I guess I'm just sensitive to such things. :) Thank you for sharing your process. Haha, that music on the last video was a bit of an accident. I normally use that intro for Creative Retreat videos. It was a crazy week last week, so that accident slipped through!
