That was a really interesting project, especially the extent of carving required and design of tailpiece. Quite amazing intonation and volume during the demonstration. I think you present a light-hearted approach to your work, inspiring others to have an enjoyable time experimenting and trying out unusual or historic instruments from different cultures.

I must say, I'm surprised you're from Greece. For someone from a foreign country, you speak English very well, or at least type in English very well. I've been subscribed for a while now, and I absolutely love the musical instruments you make, especially the guitars. In fact, you've inspired me to build my own travel guitar, so thank you for being an inspiration to me and I'm sure hundreds of other musicians who want to have their own unique instruments.

Interesting method you use for making the soundboard. It's usually made from a thin piece of spruce which is soaked in hot water then bent and dried. I think you've used the violin soundboard making method. Interesting nonetheless.

I saw a similar instrument being played by members of the Greek community in Calabria (Italy). Obviously the shape was different and it was played with a radically different technique, but it still was a wonderful instrument. Anyway, that's a wonderful build.
