@@saltaholic5235 yes its all about exploring but I don't always get the opportunity as life keeps us busy so when I do get the chance to fish I normally go for a weekend to Die Dam and I always have lotsa fun there because I grew up fishing that whole stretch of coast and I know it like the back of my hand. I'm actually going there this weekend

Haha thanks man, Yeah i guess here too.. If you think about it, paying R30 a kg for the hottentot fish, and about R250 R300 a crayfish in the restaurant 😂😂

Top video bru👍 must also try the land it octopus number 1 and 1o caught a lot of bronze bream this year on them in durban" they are good hooks the barbs are abit small on the nmbr 1" and they do get abit blunt after a few fish or the hook getting stuck on rocks and coming off" but still a great value for money hook that does the job👌

Thanx Zubair, yeah used the Landit Octopus before this one.. And seen people landing Brusher on them too.. But this heavy duty hook is awesome for the black bream👌 Keeping it affordable for this type of fishing, big ups to Landit hooks🦾

Was it a 4000 reel with 10lb braid?

What is the question? Im using a 5500 reel here with 40lb braid. A bit of a overkill but had it already spooled and didn't want to carry another reel. 10lb will be too light as you fish here with a locked drag and have to pull that fish out of the kelp nd also when you get stuck, you're gonna make fg knots whole day long
