This ride was absolutely instrumental in my time when I first moved here. I rode this until I could barely stand. I am stand to learn it is gone. That artwork for the backdrop was killer. It will be missed.

This is the best ride at Oak's Park by far. Love to ride this thing back-to-back four or five times in a row. The video doesn't fully convey the strength of the G-forces involved, by the end you feel like you're going to die.

The Screamin' Eagle is gone now. They shut it down on the last day of operation for the year on September 30th 2019, and they are replacing it with something else next year! This ride will always hold a special place in my heart. RIP :(

Good news, the new AtmosFear is essentially the same concept as the Screamin' Eagle but way crazier as it goes 360° all the way round. Bad news, it got stuck upside down for 30 minutes this one time and people had to be rescued so they don't die from blood rushing to their brain.

Theres a new ride that replaced screamin eagle. Its called "AtmoaFEAR" Its like screamin eagle but it does 2 360's

Omg on my last birthday party me, my family, and my 3 best friends at the time (one was actually my cousin but I think of her more as a bff) went to oaks park. So my dad, my brother, My bff/cousin and one of my other Bffs wanted to go on this. Me and my third bff (don't ask why I have so many) didn't want to go so while they waited in line for the screaming eagle me and my other best friend waited in line for the "pink slide" .yes. that slide that's sorta big that little kids ride. Don't judge ok😂 well we got back as soon as they were getting on the ride so we had to watch the whole thing. I was soooo nervous for them and as the ride started going my heart was beating faster even though I was just watching. I didn't want anything to happen because 4 people I loved were on that ride! They were going higher and higher and it was making me dizzy and I felt like I was going to barf. My heart kept hearing faster because I felt like something bad was going to happen. But thankfully nothing happened and my friends and family got off completely safe and fine. I was so greatful UNTIL they tried to drag me on it later like literally DRAG ME. But I held back and didn't let them hahaha
