Good afternoon Cristen, i just got mine yesterday. I got the Just deserts palette, and I love that balm in the cube like the eye cream last month. I love the highlighter stick, and the lipstick as well from Madusa's makeup. That one shade is fantastic. I love it as it is a deo chrome. I just loved it all this month. T.F.S Love ya, Love AMY 💯❤

Hello beautiful I hope you have an amazing and blessed day. I love this box. There’s a whole debacle with me and ipsy. I still not have not gotten my December box. I just wanna cry because I know they’re not gonna have the products they need to just give me back my money they sent me three productsin a bag that I didn’t choose for my $75 and I get two full-size products and a small size product and I bought two add-ons. I’m like literally crying. I have reached out and reached out to them. They haven’t gotten back to me today. They got back to me yesterday but they didn’t do anything or say anything about what’s going on I want my money for January and put in December which is about 100 almost $200. I will never get rid of this box because they answer you. They talk to you like a regular person. You don’t have to talk to a stupid bot to cancel. Plus, I’m trying to go through them to get my money back if I can’t I’ll have to go through my bank. I will never ever ever order from them again you can’t straighten out my December box correctly, and then my January box has stuff in there that I did not orderno. I’m sorry I’m ranting but I feel they should’ve looked at my account and seeing they had your address wrong and just resend it out never put the stuff back on the shelf because now they’re not gonna have it so I missed out on the Natasha pallet the old pallet the element cream that I ordered and paid for everything. I’m sorry. Eye scream beauty never did that to me. I just tried that highlighter. It’s beautiful. I just opened it. I got my box a couple days ago. I’ve been using the pallet. That’s the pallet I want. I got to the vampy tree.. I’m sorry that I had said what I said, but I am just so upset and devastated. And then I see my January boxes is nothing that I chose. Yes matter fact I’m pulling out my ladybug’s glow palette for March for Saint Patty’s day from last year. I haven’t used it yet lol my problems are I go for purples pinks and neutrals if I put blue I only put it under my waterline and or if it’s a light blue, I’ll put it on my. I also feel that paying $75 almost for the icon box. It’s almost not worth it because I’ve never heard of some of the products that they put out never heard of some of the products that they put out for January I will probably order fat fit fun this way I can get the skin care that I really want 34 times a year. Even if they don’t have it in the box, you can always buy it for 10 or $15.
