I'm surprised international transport of monkeys like this is even allowed. From this news story, the lack of documentation suggests some may've even been captured from the wild. Otherwise, wouldn't there have been lots of paperwork to document where the monkeys came from and their health status? Thank you for covering this story and to PETA for bringing it to attention.

"Cambodian-sourced, non-human monkeys?" I just don't know what that means. There are Cambodian-sourced, human monkeys? In any case, PETA is making a point, and they just made a valid one, from what is being described here.

Pretty clear on the signs and the news described it perfectly so. The message got to Ethiopian Airlines which was the goal.

@@Vegangg True! And I do think its a worthy cause. But I meant in the POV of the people in the airport that day.. Most people at the airport are stressed, running late or at best, excited/looking for an arrival. Dulles is pretty big, I'm sure the majority just heard monkey screaming sounds 😬
