Screen Magic (Screen Cleaner)

I wanted to show you guys a product called Screen Magic that I use down here in Arizona on SunScreens and sometimes regular window screens. I tend to upsell on screen mesh replacement but sunscreens can be hard to clean and very time-consuming. If a dust storm rolls through the customer just wants their screens cleaned not replaced. So that's when I whip out my screen magic and it saves me lots of time and also protects the screen material which is an added bonus for the customer. What you do with Screen Magic is pray it on the front and back side of the screen and it will eat away at the dirt and give the screen a like-new look. You do not need to rinse with water. So on jobs when the screens are really dirty and I don't have a water source, this product is great to have. I did notice when I used this product on my screens at home that the screens are staying clean longer.

Hi, I've been using this stuff for over 10 years, I always do two screens (as per manufacturers instructions) at a time, both sides, saves material and time. Same with sliding door screens. And if you get this stuff on any vinyl or tile, it will be very slippery and dangerous for homeowners to walk on, so always cover before spraying if you don't remove slider screen. Just my 8 cents worth

Great video.... I use an Astec screen machine that works really well. From time to time i run into sun burnt screens, and I think this product will solve that issue.

Yeah I would love to have a screen machine. Just haven't been able to warrant spending that much money yet. So I like using the Screen Magic when I need it and like you said its really good to have for those sun burnt screens cause it brings them back to life. But I bet that Astec really cleans the screens well.

Looks like a great product. Could you spray it on a mop and do it that way ? Not so much wasted product !

Yeah, I might have to try that out. You would think it would still work. But you would have to get the mop pretty wet cause it would dry out really quick if you didn't. Or if you're worried about it use the regular bottle sprayer that comes with it and just spray it in sections and rub it in.

For those window screens in the video, all I did was spray it on and you're done. It eats away at the dirt and gives it that shine so you don't need to clean the screens before hand. I use it a lot on Sun Screens cause it really makes a big difference. If the screens aren't that dirty I will normally just brush them off real quick and your good.

It can get a little spendy so use it sparingly. And that's why I don't use it if the screens aren't very dirty. But its worth it to have in your car. Just in case you need it. Its not a product I use on every house. But very nice to have. Go pick up the 32oz ready to use screen magic.

It's expensive stuff, so it's far cheaper to spray the solution onto a window cleaning applicator and wipe the screen down. Works just as well for a fraction of the cost.

Seems cool. It is a bit pricey I see for the amount you should use per screen. Do you think you could mix it with some water so the product can last longer?

Yeah you can definitely try and mix it with some water so it lasts longer and see if you get similar results. You can buy the small 32oz ready to use spray bottle or you can buy the larger sizes and those you mix with water because they are a concentrate. I really like this product for sun burnt screens that are worn out and the customer doesn't want to replace them yet. Or for Sun Screens it works great on those guys. It's not something I use every single day but definitely worth having in the truck.

Plus by using an applicator you can clean the screens inside without having to take them outside.

Do you mix it with water? and where did you pick up that pump sprayer?

You can mix it with water. if you just buy the ready to use screen magic in the spray bottle I don't mix it with water. That pump sprayer I think I got at Lowes. I put a link in the video of a good pump sprayer on Amazon that I have bought before. Just FYI

Yeah it really works well for me on those sunburnt screens and they don't want to replace them. So I just spray that on and it really helps and makes them look a lot better. When you are using it on Sun Screens just make sure to take a rag and rub it in and smooth it out so it's not blotchy.

Those sun screens never come out clean with just a normal wash. That Screen Magic will make them look better as well make us look better with the customer. The customer might think we didn't do a good washing the sun screens but that's how those sun screens are they never look good even if you scrub them really good.

I know. I still don't get why those sunscreens never come out clean. It takes for ever. Maybe just cause they are so dark and they show every little imperfection and piece of dirt. But yeah buy some of the Screen Magic to have in your Vehicle. It really helps out.

I haven't tried it on aluminum screens mesh yet. I think it would because it works on the frames pretty well.
