If I understand your question, you can get dichromate the same shop they sell screen printing materials and as for hypo you can get it where they sell laundry materials like detergent

Nothing, if you can get other chemicals then you should be able to get it there, they sell it along side with emulsion.

If it's the one you have exposed, you can keep it for as long as you need it. For coated mesh in as much as you are sure it won't be exposed to light, 24-48 hours is okay to dry properly.

You mean you coated your mesh around 12pm? Just ensure it's properly dry. I will advice you keep it till tomorrow except you dried it with hand drier.
