Hey bro. To get ride of that wiggle you have to tighten the U cage or trap or whatever you call it. There are two screws or bolts that wear down over time. It’s designed that way. Tighten them ever so Slightly

Hey great tip, I actually do tighten those two bolts on the U cage but it always moves again after a couple days. But, now that you say they wear down over time it makes sense to tighten them ever so slightly once in a while. Awesome stuff, appreciate it bro!

Question, those 3 ink colors, are those regular inks that can be used alone or are they concentrates made for mixing?

The white and navy were regular inks and the purple shade was a Pantone mix

Where did you source your plastisol inks you used for the pantone color mixing? I see that you have various colors on that shelf row and your own labels. Is it a specific brand you sourced them from?

Good observation, the ones with my own labels are the ones that are strictly only for pantone color mixing. These I purchased from Anthem screen printing supplies and the inks are called UMX quart kit.

Calculating a mixing ratio would be tough without the software. I have not done it without it so I would not have any good tips for you on that one unfortunately.

How do you measure quantity of Ink required for any particular job? Is there any software for it or its just a guesswork?

I mainly guess based on the size of the design and quantity run. Usually I just mix up extra to have available on hand for future use

Okay cool. I’m literally just starting out screen printing & my first time doing a shirt was yesterday. I still need practice lol. One more question, does having a flash dryer make the print quality better/ smoother? I’m asking because I use a heat gun.
