The N-Series allows you to utilize all features of your rear mount carousel press. This screen printing number system is no different than a standard screen when it comes to installation and registration. The N-Series uses standard square 14 or 16-inch pallets with no lower components or attachments, which means, you can load multiple shirts, flash, and add logos with out changing anything.
No other screen print number system allows you to instantly snap in and out a multi-number screen in 1 second. This means your can switch from a 4 inch number to a 12 inch number with out any set up. shonsteez - when the is screen is placed with in the frame and all magnets are engaged, it locks in place not allowing for any position change.

Jason Enz . The head actually registers using all your press adjustments. We designed it so the screen are burnt in registration so when you mount and dismount magnetically you will never be out of registration unless you remove the actual frame. We are going to be at the Long Beach show in January if you want to check it out.

Jason Enz the strong magnetic pull from bottom and side back plate lock the screen in place but when released you are easily able to adjust. Honestly not a whole lot of cons. The second color outline will be a stroke so you do have a slight overlap on the fill color which is pretty industry standard. I've worked in the team sports business for years so this was my solution for number printing.

Chris Leggat that's one of the best parts about this system. You can quickly just remove the screen and clean it with out affecting registration. So color changes are super fast.

What happens when the system gets older? All manual presses have registration issues the more they are used. At least that has always been my experience. I certainly like the look of the system!

Joe Caricari All screens are burnt in registration so using a single head, your numbers will be in registration no matter the position. If using multiple heads, you would need to make sure your print head is strong enough. Although I developed this on a very old 4 color Hopkins, with no issues.
