Awesome Sin your use to that old school exposure unit the new ones are in seconds my sweet spot is about 8 seconds. They sell uv blocking sleeves that slide over fluorescent bulbs for your dark room light.

LED units burn super fast and the orange is also a fast photopolymer. I am guessing you will be around 5-8 seconds on that beast. I love the blues they are a little slower on the burn time so try about 10 -12 seconds. Once you dial that time in your gonna be knocking of screens like crazy. I recommend doing an exposure test on white mesh and on your yellow also. When you run process jobs exposure time will drop in half. You ready for the new year that is for sure! does the screen move less when you tighten down the knobs compared to the back clamp? My back clamp moves alot when i tighten the knobs. I might get the side clamp in the future if the registering is easier. do you get the pallet deflection without the bracing like the thunder

No mine holds good registration. I have also had a vastex with back clamp and it held good registration. It may depend on the brand press you have. Both Anatol and Vastex are top brands.

Hello tshirtchick I have a question. What kind of heat transfer paper do you recommend? I used a 3G Jet-Opaque on a dark garment, and it gets wrinkle after the first washing. I don't know if I did something wrong or is not a good transfer paper. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Hi Beatriz! I don't recommend using transfer paper for shirts that you are planning to sell because they will eventually wash out. The best transfer papers I have used are the JetPro SoftStretch which is only for white or light colored items. The Jetpro will last pretty much the life of the shirt if you apply correctly and stretch it as soon as you are done pressing it. The other types of transfers that will last forever are sublimation transfers but they only print onto white and light colored polyester shirts. You can also try screen printed transfers

@@beatrizrodil5622 I don't know what type of printing you offer but you can do process screen printing for full color photos. Depending on the number of colors you may also be able to use screen printed transfers. If they don't mind having it printed on white shirts you could do sublimation. Hope this helps
