OMG!!! Today I have my very first job. I’ve watched all your videos three or more times and I’ve learned so much from you. I really was afraid of screwing up the left side image because I didn’t have a rule of thumb. I grabbed my phone just now and seen that you posted a new video and what do you know it’s all about left side prints...GOD IS SO GOOD. I was telling my wife just last night I’m lacking confidence about this job and God gave me you. Thank you Sir. For all you do.

I just got to say this man enjoys educating us...I also want to thank you for being my hero to one of my clients. With the low level education I have in this field, I couldn't register 3 colors properly. Called him up , asked for help & NO HESITATION! Bang nice freaking job! Thanks babe...

Hi, for curing plastisol, which could be better a heatpress or a infrared conveyor dryer...
@woody1239304 жыл бұрын
Dryers are def the way to go but if your just starting out a good quality heat press will do the job , I flash first to cure top then heat press . It does flatten the colours a bit but if the pressure is good and its got a good heating element then your be good to go. Don't use a cheap Chinese press they are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. My press is 1100 uk pounds

@tainoink4 жыл бұрын
@@nipunsharma8209 You could use a heat press or a flash dryer. Heat press at 330F. and a flash dryer 6 inches on top of the shirt for about 45 seconds using a heat laser gun and make sure that the print reaches 330 degrees from corner to corner. Tnak you for supporting the channel.

John- when working with the same design printed on youth and adult sized shirts is there a point where you adjust artwork print size? Great video as always!!
@tainoink4 жыл бұрын
Wow! Great question Eric. It is a huge different when printing youth shirts compare to adult shirts. I will make a video on that topic. That's a video on its own. Thank you for supporting the channel and thanks for the idea for my second video of the third season starting this September.
@memento1434 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't change size if a few youth shirts are in a larger order but I would go to a 3" for just youth. I have used the same art on smaller sizes like infant as a full front print.

Hi can we add pigment color in white plastisol ink to make new colors? what are the pros and cons
@tainoink4 жыл бұрын
Mixing plastisol inks to create different colors can be a handy tool in any shop. Sometimes a small job that you don't print often may require a color of ink that you don't normally stock. Or maybe you have a one time job in which you need a color that is not on hand. You can effectively mix this ink and fulfill the job without having to order special colors.

Love the info! @Taino Ink How are you making the squares to display your shirts on the wall I've seen in past videos? Can you buy these somewhere?
@tainoink4 жыл бұрын
Thank you. To make the squares just cut a 12x12 plywood and then cut your shirt to wrap around the plywood then staple the back and hang up.

i have a question. in a previous video ( printing a photo onto a shirt) can you print a photo on a COLORED shirt? (red, blue, green shirts)
@woody1239304 жыл бұрын
Underbase white and your be able to print on any colour just remove the colour that matches the shirt
@tainoink4 жыл бұрын
Hey lightly fried fish fillets. Yes you can. That either can be a cmyk or a spot color print using a four color press. I will make a video soon on that. Thank for the idea.

To much measuring and math. The center of the left chest print should align with where the shoulder seam meets the collar. The top of the design should be approximately at the center of the sleeve seam length. This is standard for all sizes and styles youth, ladies tees, v neck (yes the top of the print should be above bottom of v), hoodies, scoop neck, and on.
@tainoink4 жыл бұрын
True! I do it just like that but to give beginners and idea for the reason that I get ask a lot about the measurements. But I hope viewers read this comment because is perfectly explained. Thank you.
