play this in 1.5x speed or higher if your referesh rate is above 60hz or 120hz+

I played at 2x speed and it fixed a terible burn. Note to self, dont leave screen on then leave for 6 hours..... For anyone who needs a fix, use this video for 30 minutes, full screen, max brightness 2x speed. then when fixed turn monitor off over night!

Doesn't fill the whole screen, but it helped with the broken part a little. I removed pressure from the panel, and then put the brightness on high, put this video on, then put the brightness down, and then I was done. It didn't help as much as I would have hoped, but its at-least faded out a bit more. It was just a cloudy blue bit on the side of the screen from my desktop backround.

This video is intended for 21:9 monitors. If there is burn in at the top or bottom of your (probably 16:9) monitor, there are also videos for that.

Real burn-in is caused by uneven wear of pixels, it can't be fixed with a uniform picture. To fix real burn-in you need a negative picture of what caused it in the first place and that can be pretty complicated.
