Мотор остался не смазанным. Аккумуляторы после такой пайки долго не прослужат, да и менять лучше так же на никель-кадмий, или переделывать на литий.

If it is a linear power adapter, the voltage output is normally higher without loading. It doesn't mean that it is faulty.😂 Except it is a switching mode power supply...😅

I found a broken one for a donor. I couldn't find anywhere that only replacement gears were sold. Only the entire gearbox is for sale.

From what I've seen, they look the same at first glance. I have not disassembled the DW version. It is possible that the difference is in the accessories that come with the machine (the case with bits)

Lithium grease with NLGI consistency number: 0. This means thin grease (fast-rotating). It is used for the reducers of angle grinders. If you ask for exact brand "MC" .

После того, как автор выкинул зарядное устройство в мусорное ведро, смотреть дальше ролик бессмысленно. Восемь вольт это без нагрузки, когда отвёртку ставишь на зарядку, под нагрузкой напряжение выравнивается, соответственно и ток. Автор не знаком с электроникой, от слова совсем. И переводчиком не умеет пользоваться, от слова совсем, для того, чтобы прочитать комментарии на русском языке. Ролику дизлайк, канал автора в личный чёрный список.
