The difference between Chicago and Gary violence is Chicago is extroverted and flashy about it, Gary is mysterious and apathetic. Thats why Gary is a serial killer's playground. One thing that documentary said that was accurate was that Gary is low key. it very much is. If you ask Gary Citizens, theyll rather try to tell you good things and nice things. They arent a depressed pessimistic people, but the environment.
