I remember I love the 80's Strikes Back and it had a PSA segment on each episode and this one was on 1983's; it creeped me out bad when I first watched it as a kid. I used a rescue inhaler several time a day for a few weeks in the winter. The air was dry, and there was plenty of dust from the thermostats, so my asthma was flaring up pretty bad. I started having an irregular heart beat, and I was waking up during the night time in a panic. I went to the doctor a few times because I thought that it was sleep apnea and I couldn't get any rest. As it turns out though, after I stopped taking the rescue inhaler, my chest and sleep schedule went back to normal.
