I'm blown away. I've never thought of putting the filler upside down, and using the same width guide. I've always done it the typical way.

Are you selling how to scribe or your product? I can scribe but in this video it does not show how your item actually fixes to the filler.

Thanks for the feedback. We’re always working on helping our fellow tradespeople and DIYs out, it fastens simply with a small screw in the seat position. I’ll show it better in more videos

Epic dust blowing shot! Bloody good scribe to. So pleased I have my set! Would you just use the Infinity method for ceilings or is there other ways of doing it but still utilising the uscribe jig. Just curious.

Nic Harvey hi Nic glad your pleased with your set of uscribejigs thanks, the difference between me doing the infinity method and off set method just comes down to the job, I prefer the offset method on walls with lots of ripples or mouldings, as i feel I get a better scribeline working closer to the edge of the material. The infinity method is great for speed and requires no prior ripping down and also benefits really uneven surfaces over bigger distances. I definitely use a combination of both 👍🏻

What’s best to deal with coving? And also, pout of curiosity - how do you fix the filler pieces in place? I know that’s nothing to do with u-scribe but I’ve always wanted to know

Hi there, I like to use the offset method when I can when scribing coving with a good pencil compass like the General tools 843/1 style, getting as close as possible with a rough cut first then slide in place with U-scribes and mark the coving onto the filler, I hope that makes sense, in terms of fixings it mainly depends on the job itself, some screw, some I can domino in place some, we have been testing some fixings we have developed also which we hope to make available at some point in the near future. if you have any more questions just ask no problem, Dan @uscribejig
