I know this is an old video, but thank you for this. I’m holding my newborn and occupying a toddler as I’m listening, and this is so timely. I scripted for the first time today, and… wow. It helped my day anxiety because I know exactly what I’m trying to do today. I scripted tomorrow and for the firdt time I don’t have anxiety tonight about what to do with the kids tomorrow. It’s all scripted out. Maybe the baby will let me do it, maybe not, but I have a plan Morning, Afternoon, Evening so if the morning goes off the rails, I can get back on track in the afternoon. I think this is what I need in my life. God bless.
