My dear April, your message today came at the very best time for me. In March, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. In April, I met with a specialist and was given a binder filled with information about stem cell transplant. I put it away and decided to read it, when the time came. Last week, I got the phone call I was waiting for and in October, I will be starting the process of my stem cell transplant. I was not the least bit anxious when I got the call, as I knew there was hope on the horizon. I decided yesterday, to finally read the binder. It was overwhelming with all what's in store for me, but I was completely at ease, in fact, last night was the best sleep I have had in a very long time. However, today I have been experiencing a great deal of anxiety worrying about what lies ahead. Listening to your message has brought me great peace. You have reminded me that the Lord is always with me and he will carry me through this difficult journey. Thank you for your message of hope and may God bless you and your family 🙏❤
