Hi! I have an unexpected issue... when I try to go to the last number 0:25 2005 and the beginning of 2004 remain visible but the rest of the numbers until 2024 become invisible for some weird reason. Do you happen to know why?

You have selected the video setting in your effects window but you need to select the "vector motion". Try that and lmk if it works

Yes I know - Some things are easier done in other programs but I found a large number of people are intimidated by the difficulty curve of learning a new program so even though its harder in Premiere Pro - they can re-create this effect while using a familiar program to them! :)

I created the sound effect from a sound clip on envato elements - because it’s a license sound I can’t share it with you however - I plan to make a tutorial soon on how to create this exact sound with other free sound effects - look for it soon :)
