The only other character seen doing it is his accountant Fenton Crackshell in the original Ducktales. And in a sign of how serious Scrooge is about his books being balanced, especially the money in the bin, he didn't quibble about the extra 15 minutes (and pay) it took Fenton to find one coin. Fenton counts crazy fast, but still.

Still, it'd be a knight versus a marine in terms of technological prowess. Sure the Phase Locket would obviously dodge that last hit, but then it just becomes a war of attrition. Scrooge wouldn't face a murder charge due to justifiable homicide. Shovel Knight entered Scrooge's mansion without permission and Scrooge had every right to defend his home from intruders, even using deadly force if necessary.

A laser is literally a beam of light and light travels at a speed of 670,616,629 mph which can travel around the world 7.5 times in one second. Not to mention the lasers basically broke physics. If one notices during 15:19-15:24, Scrooge does three blows to fully sever Shovel Knight's head, when in contrast to the DBX between the knight and Shantae, he decapitates her with one clean blow. This shows how much Shovel Knight has mastered his weapon, while Scrooge never used it before, and so, the execution is much sloppier as a result.

Anderson David Well, in most cases, cartoon-logic stretches further away and can create impossible feats to make it more fun to read while game-logic restrains itself to make it more fun to play. Scrooge doesn't only have cartoon-logic but also Game-logic which gives him more feats. Scrooge also deals with a magical-woman on a regular basis, winning every single time. Given how the games are extremely alike (hint hint), in that current state, anybody with the same means of attack could easily defeat him. A downgraded God of War would also have trouble with Scrooge as they could both use the same method. Also, we do have something that wasn't really mentioned but brings a BS-factor into the battle, his 1# dime seems to constantly bring him luck and fortune no matter what he does. Seems like a cheap thing but it does exist in the comics, that his fortune usually goes back to that same dime.

A physics breaking cartoon character should only fight a physics breaking cartoon character. So I don't care for much of either character, but I have to admit it seemed like they didn't consider everything. Yes Scrooge was able to destroy a steamboat, but shovel Knight was able to beat Kratos, a literal god killer. They also said that Shovel Knight has "never faced anyone like Scrooge". True, but after beating Kratos Shovel Knight tells Kratos, "your techniques are unlike anything I've seen before". So Shovel Knight is capable of fighting outside his element. If he had gone against Superman, that match would be set and done.
