Petty revenge story My manager just quit at my second job, Pizza Slug (not real name). It was a second job for her, and she offered one of the other managers who was quiting for unrelated reason a job and reference. The boss got furious and cursed at her at her that "she's not here to work for me and recruit for your other job." He at a seperate ocassion was angry shs was friends with everyone on staff. He said that nobody would respect her as a boss if they were friendly. So in an environment that is advertised as "A friendly work environment", the boss curses at people making friends. So on her last shift, which was the night shift closing up, she did everythinf she could to anger the manager. Putting too much money in the register (which is not allowed), tearing off every single label, letting us get meals for free, stuff that isn't illegal, but stuff that messes with the morning shift. And the boss worked the next morning. Before she left, she said goodbye and called out the boss in the group chat, where ALL of our coworkers recieve the schedule, revealing at least 4 others had quit for similar reasons. The boss then made only him able to change group info or type messages, silencing the rest of us. I wonder how many of us are gunna dip after that little stunt.
