What Tina said basically. Specifically JD was thinking about the future and she seemed like she was still just looking to have a good time with someone but not settle down for good any time soon. Seemed a little abrupt since it's not like JD was all "I want kids right now!" in season 5 (not that that's gonna stop destiny...), but the idea that JD was at just a little bit later life stage seemed fair.
