Basically, the Scrubs ep aired in 2006, the video was posted in 2008, and the comment was posted in 2014. I see no reason there couldn't be a reply posted in 2018! General content online tends to have years-long lifespan. There was a question about ambulance/scooter speeds which I thought was interesting, and the answer is just as applicable now as when it was first asked. (I actually looked up a few scooter specs to learn more about it.) I actually usually don't reply to anything more than 5ish years old since before that YT didn't have the current threading system, so it's a lot harder to tell if there's already a reply to the OP.

Though yeah that wouldn't necessarily decrease it's relevance. I also like the way some comment threads actually motivate you to go and look something up.
