Normally we handle the team capacity, before the sprint starts we check for people on vacation and plan the allocation of the load. We normally measure the velocity averaging the number of points of the last 3 to 6 sprints. While it might impact one sprint, we try to dilute and recover or at least keep the speed. We hope it helps

Hey, thank you so much for your feedback. Yes, but milestones are a repository feature, when we have we tend to connect milestones to releases or something that needs to be done when agreed with a client or business area and is related to a specific repository. If it involves more than one repo we track using an Epic
