I’ve been called Kedrick the hip-hop prophet! I likened him & Cole to the two Prophets in the Book of Revelation that had fire 🔥 coming out of their mouths, like 5-6 years ago. I’m glad yall catching up Drake is the AntiChrist Prophet the 6-God, Mr Scorpion, Mr OVO, constantly throwing up 666 Mr For all the Dogs (Matthew 15:23-27) - “The Gentile” And Drake is Jewish which is NOT Hebrew (Revelation 2:9 & Revelation 3:9) And Drake is the Dragon of Revelation 12:9 that warred against Michael 🗡️ as in Jackson. Drake literally means Dragon in Old English, go find that definition. Go read those scriptures I dropped and connect the dots. And if Black People are the Hebrews as many say we are, all of this could actually be concrete 🤣 Hip-Hop is the most influential “Hebrew” Genre to date! That alone would be Biblical. This is Hip-Hop Armageddon 🔥

And the elusiveness of Andre 3000. Kendrick studied ALL them (+ Lil Wayne). He literally applied the saying of Michael Jackson "study the greats and become greater". The beauty of it all is how Kendrick was build upon what they did and made it his own. He saw their mistakes and he knew how to avoid them

@@I3atosairegardless of the outcome it’s good for rap when two titans clash in the industry. It leaves a lingering effect and makes other rappers write better and more inspired music. It’s happened plenty of times before but for a while we were missing that element and that’s why everyone was saying Rap is dead. I’m not talking about These rap beefs that are violent and end in death. We don’t wanna see that, we want bars. Point, blank, period. Same way we want athletes to preform at a high level and see the game be competitive. It’s boring when there’s no other competition. Kendrick stepped up and J Cole could’ve been up there with him if he didn’t apologize and give up his edge. That’s like LeBron dropping a triple double then disappearing the next game in the finals. He translates well to the mainstream audience while still being leveled out within the culture (again just my opinion this music/art ish is subjective just my outlook on it)

You’re right by this metric.. people say Kendrick doesn’t drop enough but he doesn’t need. People are still talking about his older music.. Dude dropped Control verse almost 11 years ago; Family Ties almost 3 years ago and Like That almost 3 weeks ago.. Each verse shook up the game, woke people up and changed the landscape.. How you ask? Because it got people talking, debating arguing and discussing who’s the best!

Scru Face I'm so glad you made this video with the lyrics. I grew up in the Tupac era. I would go back and just watch Pacs interviews and was just amazed at the amount of knowledge he would speak in each interview, from hip hop, to politics, to what was going in the world. Kendrick is our modern day Tupac and I never thought in a million years I would say this about any rapper but after reading these lyrics and reading Kendrick's lyrics to other songs he has earned that hip hop crown. If Pac was here today he would have definitely passed the crown 👑 to Kendrick.

@@ph0uad not everything in hip-hop gotta be a beef, you know? Eminem and Kendrick are competitive, but we can't sit here and act like Kendrick don't move the culture ever time he drop something. Even Eminem himself didn't make THIS much of a buzz from his recent/rekindled beef with Benzino. On top of that, Eminem NEVER made a mf'er APOLOGIZE after a response to a diss that Eminem himself started. That's insane. Kendrick made Lupe Fiasco apologize, and Lupe dogwalked Royce; had bro crying on IG for a week, and that's like Eminem's right hand man lyrically. Like, c'mon, we gotta open our eyes here

The reason why it’s so prophetic is because he’s always been dope. Solid in who he is and because of that, what he attracts will be similar over the course of time manifested in different people and he will invoke envy in his lyrical enemies the same way. He’s seen the playbook. Laid a warning for the next 🥷he’d know.
