How to get an ALTERNATE ending for Globs of Doom: No, you did not read that wrong. During one of my playthroughs with someone else, I stumbled upon a hidden cut scene at the end of the game. At least I thought I did. I've lost the game to time, so I was unable to reload the save file to see if I didn't just imagine it. However, I did write down the steps required in order to get the alternate ending scene. (Note: I've only played this on the PS2. I don't know if all versions share the same scene.) Step 1: If you have completed the story mode once, you'll need to make a new save file. If you are currently on a playthrough, this shouldn't be a problem. I wrote down that the ending seemed to be "locked" into rather the good or bad ending, depending on who wins in the final stage. Because of this, if you already went through the game and got the good ending, the bad ending will be locked forever. Step 2: Before entering the final level, activate multiplayer. In order to unlock the cut scene, you need to have two players enabled on the final stage. Thankfully, the second player will not interfere with the first person's control of the robot in the final stage, since the second player will take control of a little drone. Because of this, you can play this part as normal. Step 3: After defeating the Glob, you enter the final fight between Sponge Glob and the Robot, now taken over by the villains. Normally, the robot would be controlled by A.I. However, in multiplayer, the second player gains control of the robot, making the fight PVP. In order to get the alternate ending, the Second Player (Robot) must defeat the First Player (Sponge Glob). If done correctly, the alternate cut scene should play out. Tell me if this works or not.
