+MrTrojan93 no matter how you try and put it SCSU sound should be much louder. The band has plenty of horn holders. Once you've been in the sidelines and can hear what we hear sitting in front of them then come for me. That's from someone who was at the Classic as well

The band director had to be drunk if he thought this show was even remotely good. SMH The band hardly played and too much talking. The idea was nice but damn the band director show be on the chopping block for this performance. They should of had Lane College in there place they may have at least played! SMH

Too many "gimmicks" that made a stellar band seem desperate. Would have been a better show with adhesion to a central theme. Martin, Nelson, clumsy stick figure, Neck, choir, naked flag, and a breakdown? It's like they were throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks. This is one really GREAT HBCU BAND that needs to regain its status as GREAT HBCU ENTERTAINMENT.

The coordinator for the dancers needs to be fired. As a choreographer, seeing the close up on that routine made me upset. Just slack and sloppy. They looked tired and heavy in their movement.

I hate when people chime in with their 2 cents and have no idea what they are talking about. SCSU was one of the loudest bands there. Sound travels in one direction so of course if the instruments is not facing the camera during a drill, it will impact the volume of sound.

This show might have been okay for an MLK day or Mandela celebration, but for Honda .. it was horrible. Had it not been for Winston Salem's vocalists or Morehouse's soloists, this would have been a last place performance. I know the "101' is better so please do away with that Super Bowl stuff and use your strengths more appropriately and spend less time drilling and playing to the goal posts.
