@@johnunkerman They turned Moranis into a simp for Ghostbusters. His Woody Allen and Thomas' Bob Hope were hilarious. O'Hara and Andrea Martin as Helen Keller and Annie Sullivan was the funniest thing I've ever seen on the show; maybe tied with LaRue's crane shot skit.

comparing SCTV to SNL is insulting to SCTV. SNL never even came close to the imagination and humor of SCTV and amazingly SCTV did it on a minuscule shoe-string budget
