Hi! They called Shark Suckers. They usually attach themselves to a bigger fish. They were on one of the dive sites at Cayo Santa Maria. They only have one dive shop there so if you take diving at your hotel then most likely they'll take you to the same dive sites. This dive shop called "Internacional Diving Center Gaviota"

Diving there looks like a waste of time. Almost no marine life
