Scuba Diving Moonlight Reef in Roatan, Honduras

Nevermind the spotted moray eel, trunk fish, puffer fish, anemone, set of three lobsters hanging out together, huge channel clinging crab, schools of blue tang, blenny hiding in the coral, crystal jellies, bearded fireworm, and planktonic tunicates, the real star of yesterday’s dive is the recovering coral. After an extreme bleaching event due to high temperatures in the Caribbean this year, the coral has begun to recover its healthy coloring, just in the two weeks we’ve been here.
This was one of the best dives of my life. We saw so many different types of wildlife!
