Have you actually used it to see if it can cut well and if the edge holds up to repeated use? Marine grade Stainless Steel as stated on the Scubapro website is 304, which is one of the worst knife materials for putting an edge on and retaining an edge. It is great for corrosion resistance but if your knife can't cut anything who cares if it rusts? Does the knife or documents with it define what specific material it is made of? Yes it looks very nice but that doe not cut you out of a tangle of fishing line either.

For that kind of money I would opt for the Mission titanium dive knife, It has a g10 handle, and far superior workmanship - google mission knives

I just got this knife, and now I know again, why I did not buy something from Scubapro for the last 10 years. The knife was not even close to that what I define as sharp, so I had to put an edge on it, the handle material feels simply cheap, but the knife isn"t, for this price I would expect some Micarta handles or something that has a better feeling and grip than this plastic stuff, the locking mechanism is also absolutely cheap made and the leg straps are children sized.

I've watched a few of this guys reviews now. All he seems to do is squint and say "this is a knife". This channel is filled with plenty of worthless reviews
