I owned the Vantage 1 for about 20 days, after all the updates and it was flawless in performance. But I couldn’t get over the feeling that it didn’t like premium product. It was a little loose in the build quality aspect of the control. I had it until about two weeks ago when I made the jump to the vantage 2. I had them both in house to test out before I committed to the V2, because other than the feel of the control I loved it’s performance. The V2 build quality feels more substantial than the V1, so much tighter. None of the software issues/connectivity are apparent in my two weeks of use. The paddle actuators are improved a bit over the V1 as well. Originally they would click and they felt as though they were on the verge breaking. The sensitivity on the Sax buttons seems to have been addressed as well. I would often accidentally bump them with my finger reaching for the bumpers and while the result were often funny to my clan mates... it was mildly annoying. I haven’t had an issue with them on the V2. The paddles and SAX buttons are a game changer. By assigning L3/R3 to the side access button I can reduce wear on the stick actuators by not having to click in on then on my FPS titles. Having owned the Razer Raiju TE and Scuf Infinity4PS the V2 is the best of both worlds. The ergonomics of the Razer and customization of the Scuf were just what I needed.

I've been actually wanting to check the SCUF out. I love the Astro C40 a lot lately but I've been having to replace the sticks and it's becoming a bit annoying.

Been loving the Astro c40. But..an I say this lightly..I do miss the paddles on the vantage. I find myself not really using the paddles on the Astro.

GoshukiGaming honestly I feel like it’s too soon for me to really give an opinion but it feels slightly better and sticks seem more accurate. You still have to plug the thing in to use a headset though 🤦🏻‍♂️. I would really love for this thing to work out. I have 30 days through Game Stop if not. Don’t order through Scuf because I had the Vantage 1 and they charged me a restocking fee for a broke controller. I feel like they sold me a used controller.

fishywtf seems to be more like Xbox. They are supposed to have an app coming out to adjust the sensitivity as well.
